Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e da Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (GDE), realizou, nesta quinta-feira (30), mais uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Crian\u00e7a Alfabetizada (PCA), voltada aos professores de L\u00edngua Portuguesa dos 4\u00ba e 5\u00ba Anos da Rede Municipal de Ensino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro aconteceu na Escola Municipal Professora Marta Lira, localizada na comunidade de Bel\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o teve como foco o aperfei\u00e7oamento das pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas voltadas \u00e0 consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o e ao desenvolvimento das habilidades de leitura, escrita e interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o textual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, os educadores participaram de momentos de estudo, reflex\u00e3o e socializa\u00e7\u00e3o de experi\u00eancias, discutindo estrat\u00e9gias para potencializar a aprendizagem dos estudantes e fortalecer o trabalho realizado em sala de aula.Esses encontros formativos s\u00e3o essenciais para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento da pr\u00e1tica docente, promovendo o alinhamento entre teoria e pr\u00e1tica e ampliando a qualidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas desenvolvidas nas escolas do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Programa Crian\u00e7a Alfabetizada tem como principal objetivo garantir que todas as crian\u00e7as estejam alfabetizadas na idade certa, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da gest\u00e3o municipal com uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica inclusiva, equitativa e de excel\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
