sediou mais uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Crian\u00e7a Alfabetizada (PCA), voltada aos professores de L\u00edngua Portuguesa do 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba ano da rede municipal de ensino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa, promovida pela Prefeitura do Paudalho, por meio da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Juventudes e da Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (GDE), teve como objetivo fortalecer as pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas de alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento das habilidades de leitura e escrita nas s\u00e9ries iniciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, os educadores participaram de momentos de estudo, troca de experi\u00eancias e planejamento coletivo, discutindo estrat\u00e9gias que contribuem para o avan\u00e7o da aprendizagem e o cumprimento das metas do programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00ednuas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento pedag\u00f3gico, a gest\u00e3o municipal reafirma o compromisso com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o e ao sucesso escolar dos estudantes
