Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Juventudes, atrav\u00e9s da Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (GDE), realizou nesta quarta-feira (8) mais uma Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), reunindo educadores da Rede Municipal de Ensino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, foram discutidos temas fundamentais para o aprimoramento das pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas, com destaque para o trabalho com sequ\u00eancias did\u00e1ticas na EJA, estrat\u00e9gias de ensino que valorizam o conhecimento pr\u00e9vio dos estudantes e promovem uma aprendizagem mais significativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m abordou a import\u00e2ncia de metodologias participativas, da escuta ativa e do incentivo \u00e0 leitura e \u00e0 escrita como formas de ampliar o protagonismo dos alunos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O momento proporcionou troca de experi\u00eancias entre os professores e reflex\u00f5es sobre o papel da escola na garantia do direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade ao longo da vida, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da gest\u00e3o municipal com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada dos profissionais e o fortalecimento das
