Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, foram abordados temas como o papel do PAE na rotina escolar, a import\u00e2ncia de incentivar a autonomia dos estudantes e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas que respeitam as especificidades de cada aluno.A iniciativa integra o ciclo de forma\u00e7\u00f5es continuadas promovidas pela Secretaria, com o objetivo de fortalecer as pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas, ampliar a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais e garantir uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva e de qualidade para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
