A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o integra o programa \u201cClube de Letramento \u2013 Humanidades e Cidadania\u201d, inspirado nos Cadernos de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Curricular do Programa Escola das Adolesc\u00eancias do MEC. O objetivo \u00e9 promover metodologias participativas, estimular o protagonismo estudantil e fortalecer a aprendizagem human\u00edstica de forma inovadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, os professores discutiram estrat\u00e9gias para trabalhar com os alunos temas como democracia, diversidade e combate ao preconceito. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o destacou pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas centradas na escuta ativa \u2014 ouvindo os estudantes e acolhendo suas vozes \u2014 e na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de momentos dial\u00f3gicos que
