{"id":36418,"date":"2025-07-01T17:13:38","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T20:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paudalho.pe.gov.br\/portal\/?p=36418"},"modified":"2025-07-01T17:13:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T20:13:38","slug":"prefeitura-do-paudalho-promove-formacao-para-professores-e-coordenadores-da-eja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.paudalho.pe.gov.br\/portal\/prefeitura-do-paudalho-promove-formacao-para-professores-e-coordenadores-da-eja\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefeitura do Paudalho promove forma\u00e7\u00e3o para professores e coordenadores da EJA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Nesta segunda-feira (30), a Prefeitura do Paudalho, por meio da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Juventude, promoveu uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o voltada para professores e coordenadores da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro foi realizado no Col\u00e9gio Municipal de Paudalho (CMP) e teve como tem\u00e1tica \u201cCurr\u00edculo na Perspectiva da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Popular\u201d, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da gest\u00e3o com uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o mais inclusiva, contextualizada e transformadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, os profissionais puderam dialogar, trocar experi\u00eancias e refletir sobre os desafios e as possibilidades do trabalho com jovens, adultos e idosos em processo de escolariza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A discuss\u00e3o sobre o curr\u00edculo destacou a import\u00e2ncia de reconhecer os curr\u00edculos que cada educando j\u00e1 carrega consigo \u2014 suas hist\u00f3rias, saberes e trajet\u00f3rias \u2014 e de utiliz\u00e1-los como ponto de partida na sala de aula. No contexto da EJA, valorizar esses curr\u00edculos reais e vividos \u00e9 essencial para construir uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o significativa, respeitosa e transformadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es permanentes de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio aos educadores da rede municipal, contribuindo para uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica com mais equidade,
