Os conselheiros t\u00eam como fun\u00e7\u00e3o propor e aprovar diretrizes gerais, acompanhar e fiscalizar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Municipal de Cultura (PMC), estabelecer normas, entre outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O evento ocorreu na Secretaria de Cultura, Turismo, Lazer e Juventude, localizada no Centro da cidade.
